we are so happy to have her home from UNCA's Music in the Mountain's Band Camp! EmmaRae has been there for the last week. yes, we missed her terribly. we only have her for 2 nites and she is off again! ahhhh, what a life!
I had to try and capture similar images as the ones i took of her brother. we may not see her all summer! (news on that later!)

Ramen Noodle Slaw

love this stuff!

1 cup canola oil (i use evoo)

1/2 cup cider vinegar

1/3 cup sugar

2 seasoning packets from oriental ramen noodles ( i use one, you can always add more if needed!)

mix all of the above and set aside.

1 lb cabbage ( i use precut/pre washed)

1 cup sunflower seeds

1 cup almonds (slivered, roasted)

1 bunch of green onions

2 bags ramen noodles crushed. DO NOT COOK NOODLES!

mix dry ingredients. add dressing just before serving!
