dirty, old bird...

josh had fun playing outside on saturday, (valentine's day). he came running in the door with a little gift for me. a small plastic, dirty old bird. i love it. i am sure this was originally on a flower arrangement. perhaps the birth of smeone's child. perhaps the death of a loved one. either way, it has a new life in my home. little gifts are the best of all.
