Good Deed

when josh was in the hospital over easter, there were many wonderful health-care providers and great medicine to speed him onto recovery from orbital cellulitis . as a mother, when your child is ill and in the hospital you totally begin to appreciate things in a new light, video games being one. joshua was over the moon with pleasure after he first walked into his room and saw the play station all st-up for him! ( his personal playstation had crashed weeks earlier) i sighed with enormous relief, i knew instantly that we were going to be fine!

so.... fast forward to this saturday ......this brought an excellent giving opportunity for joshua. 28 video games, a dance revolution pad and the racer controls all went to the Children's Medical Unit, floor 5, Memorial Mission Hospital. Josh knew the how much having the games there for him was, and he knew his machine was toast , the games were not worth trading....so Saturday we took them, and donated them.

awwww......he gets extra hugs from mom!
