Leaky...

From leaky

leaky is old. very old. i was in college when i brought him home. he was "gently used" then. about 4 years old. he came from the edneyville no kill shelter.  an ex-boyfriend and i chosse leaky because he was laid back. when we walked in the cat room, all the other kitties were crazy! hissing and afraid.....not leaky. his name has changed. i don't remember what the shelter named him. we named him wesson. after the gun, smith and wesson (little sneak back into my past, heehhee! i use to enjoy target practice and guns). his name evolved into "leaky". when he purrs, he has a distinct leak in his throat! no kidding. he sounds like he is leaking while purring, crazy, hu? how old is he......? i feel certain, i got him in 1990. remember, he was used.  I a thinking around 24 years old! he resides with my dad and his wife, renee. they take excellent care of him. he is pretty hard of hearing and slow.....but eats 3 squares a day and even enjoys the occasional ice cream treat!
